Interlibrary Loan for Genealogists

I just read a great article in "About.com: Genealogy" blog titled "Interlibrary Loan for Genealogist" written by Kimberly Powell.

It gives you an excellent description of the service that is available to all of us to help with our genealogy research.

Of particular interest to PRA Members and Pennington researchers is the material in the PRA's Archive/Library located in the Lilly Library at Earlham College in Richmond, IN.

Located in our Archives/Library is a wonderful collection of family histories, Pennington publications of all kinds such as books, family stories, copies of research material, maps and much more. Click here to learn more about the PRA's Archive/Library.

The Interlibrary Loan program is the service you can use to borrow material from the PRA's Archive/Library and have it sent directly to your local library.

This is an outstanding service and I don't know how many of our PRA Member's are aware of the value.

Check it out!
