The response from our all the attendees at our recent Board meeting to using our new software, GoToMeeting, was very positive. I think it was great to be able to talk to each other and at the same time see what was being discussed/presented and to do all of this from the comfort of your home or office on your computer.
I would like to plan at least two (2) more meeting using our new software. One meeting will be a Membership meeting for any Member who wants to attend and the other meeting will be for our Board and Officers and Committee Chairs.
One of our software products, GoToWebinar, can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees at a meeting.
What do you think? Should we hold a Membership meeting for all our Members?
If yes, I’m thinking we should have the Membership meeting sometime in mid-August and the Board meeting a week after that so we can discuss the results of the Membership meeting. I’ve sent this message to the Board, Officers and Committee Chairs so they have been asked for their input. Now it’s your turn – let us know what you think.
