PRA Board of Director Ballot - Time Is Running Out To Vote

Time is running out for you to vote for the PRA 2013 Board of Directors.

IF you have NOT yet voted, PLEASE DO SO NOW!

Two (2) incumbents are running for re-election and a long standing Member has been nominated for the third position. There are biographies for each candidate attached to the ballot (starting on page 2).

The deadline for casting your ballot is December 10, 2013.

You have two (2) options you can use to cast your ballot electronically. Please select which option you will use and then follow the steps for that option. Please note you will need Adobe Reader to open/read the file. If you do not have Adobe Reader, go to www.Adobe.com and download and install the FREE Adobe Reader.

Option #1:

• Go to www.PenningtonResearch.org and login.

• Once you have downloaded and saved the ballot, open the ballot. Then type an "X" from you keyboard to vote for each of the three (3) candidates OR you can type another PRA Member's name into one of the write in boxes.

When you are through entering your votes, please enter your e-mail address so a receipt for your vote can be sent to you.

Next, look in the upper right corner of the form and click on "SUBMIT". You can now close the ballot. You do NOT have to save if unless you wish.

Option #2:

• Go to the Members-only section and then go to the "Materials for Members" page and locate the ballot titled "PRA 2013 Electronic Ballot" (it's right at the top of the list).
